Last time I tried to emulate that, it couldn't even get through the opening cutscene without stutters and bugs. Of course, that was on my craptop. I haven't tried it with my desktop rig yet...

Compatibility with the emulator isn't the problem, it's your PC. Unless you're using a non-Dolphin NGC emulator, in which case???

I'm using Dolphin 4.0. Like Sirus, I never got past the opening cinematic(except by skipping it). Tip: Savestate regularly, and use multiple states.

So far, SoA:L is the one that has run the worst. Wind Waker ran fine with the occasional slowdown, Twilight Princess had the audio crap out occasionally/when saving states, and SSB:Melee worked just fine. But this one is the first to have graphics issues - just barely-noticable shadows though.

I used to be good. Good enough to get a solo victory with each character except the commando, anyway. Ever since I started playing after a year hiatus I've only ever made it to level 6 once, and that was because Draignean was carrying the pair of us most of the way. @_@

Then I got into a duel with another mage and even though I had the power to level buildings my princess decided she couldn't come up with anything fancy enough and got choked by a cloud.

Fighting a zombie on a precarious ledge over lava. I hit the zombie several times, it barely flinches. It taps me once, and I go flying into the lava(it was at this point I realized I was over lava). My controls lock up, preventing me from escaping in time.

Dunno if it was just a bad match-up or what, but we got absolutely dominated. The enemy team was walking all over us. We were aced twice in the space of ten minutes, near the end. It's not like any one of us fed and created a weak link, it was like we weren't even playing in the first place.

That damn giant bird blocking my way was almost done. 3/5 of my party were dead, but if I could land one more hit... I revived my Landsknecht(Thanks for spell correction, Giglamesh)/Imperial, and then total murder of everyone. Should have revived the Fortress.
