On the way back from an Ashlander Camp(first visit to Urshilaku), I check out a Dwemer Ruin I passed on the way in. Initial resistance is light, just spider centurions. Suddenly I'm surrounded by three Dwemer Spectres(at level 4), including one that came up back the way I came. Not wanting to have to go back(my last save was before the long conversation with the Wise Woman), I turn on godmode. I STILL DIE.
Doing the pilgrimages to enter the Temple questline, I hit Vivec first, doing the three(of seven) there, one of which is a 100pt Levitation blessing. I fly over to the Fields of Kuumu, get that shrine, fly over to Ghostgate to get that one(nearly dying to an Ash Slave 10 feet from the gate). I start flying over towards Gnisis to get the last two. My levitation runs out. I'm about 100 feet in the air just outside the Ghostfence - nothing but jagged rocks below. Didn't notice until it was to late.
"Tralala, I'm flying over the Ashlands and- huh, why am I fallingOHCRAPAAAHH-"*splat*
Yep! It's one of six: Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross [as mentione], Garchomp, Hydreigon, and Goodra. Gen III is the only gen with 2 of them.
You can have optimal type coverage and make half your team out of psuedo-legendaries using Tyranitar/Metagross/[Dragon-Type]. Some legendaries are actually considered worse than psuedos.
I'm aware of that. Most of the legendaries I can bring in get stomped by those. Luckly, all but Goodra(I haven't seen it yet) are mostly beatable by my team. The dragons get one-shotted by Greninja's Ice Beam(most cases he's faster too), Tyranitar can be dealt with by Aegislash, Metagross
can be beaten by Greninja, or piled on by the rest of the team.
