Ran screaming through a field to try to get back to camp and safety.

Ran screaming straight into a gravitational anomaly that instantly killed me.

Some guy on our team decided that we'd all go FLAMETHROWERS EVERYWHERE

Didn't work out well, we all roasted ourselves when we came across a random Knock-to-ze(Nazi) soldier, appearentally we forgot that flamethrower users ain't fireproof, whoops

I was doing "touch and goes" with an aero glider 373 (or something like that) . It was going well, despite the difficulty of doing such a task without an altimeter. I'd throttle down, hit the runway, throttle up to full speed, take off, bank hard (real hard) to turn around generally putting me perpendicular to the run way. When I got close I'd bank hard again and descend, putting my wing a few feet above the ground until I leveled out and my wheels touched.

This was abruptly ended by a palm tree.

Got lost in my private Minecraft server and wandered around for a couple days. The other guy never logged on, so I never got a chance to teleport to him. I finally gave in and admin'd myself a compass, set off for the spawn, and... *facepalm* apparently 1Z of water doesn't negate falling damage. Scratch one diamond sword, picks, iron, sandstone, coal, torches...
