What, the one to get over the bridge and into Death Mountain? I already have it.

The real problem is figuring out how to get out of Death Mountain without an axe in your face.

Found the sourcerer I've been trying to find for the last 2 bloody days.  I have my MC (big burly sword guy) walk up to them with the intention of introducing them to a new school of magic called 4 foot long metal wedge magic.

The sourcerer gets free initiative and summons a bunch of demons who all dogpile on big burly sword guy.  But big burly sword guy is not deterred.  He has dust devil a powerful metal wedge spell that hits everyone around him, and friendly man in a dress mage has just cast a damage buff spell on big burly sword guy!  These firey demons won't stand against wedge magic!

Dust devil goes off.  and it seems all of these things around my MC explode when they die.  2 die, they explode, the explosions kills a third causing it to also explode.  The 3 explosions engulf big burly sword guy and turn him into fine powder. The sourcerer lost a big chunk of hp to the madness and is barely still alive.

Worth it.

To be fair, some weird mushroom spear that spawned spinning mushrooms to hurt your opponents would be kind of neat in Dark Souls, if completely lorebreaking. XD

I tried to outrun a bunch of Boogeymen. It was going great until I remembered that new ones can come from the opposite direction, if you're unlucky. Next thing I know, I'm slack-jawed as my body is used as sustenance.

Light trees on fire.  That still works, right?  Light loose trees and bushes.  The fire should spread fast enough to give you room to run.

You can get really lucky with bogeymen sometimes.

Providing you were well-armoured, their constant attacks serve to cripple you. In the short term. In the long term, you spent a night as a punching bag and came out a helluva lot more skilled.

Throw a bunch of jewels at them. I don't really remember but apparently precious gems pacify them.

You might still want to get a wand of death or something to murderize them later though because their horns are useful.
