Shooting tenpenny in the leg with a plasma pistol, then using the mirv to shoot him and me sky high. I did this because he wouldn't run into the 100 or so mines i'd placed.

Not neccesarily a death but I fell asleep and the rebel scum had their way with my planets.

The last actual death was, well I can't remember what happened, but it involved a human.

The one before that was much more interesting. I killed the hammerdwarf I was sent to slay, and then went after the marksdwarf, only to be immediately shot in the heart. So I charged blindly, taking two more bolts in the process, then munched her in the head, killing her instantly. Then I took 3 steps and dropped dead from blood loss.

I figured out that they weren't fucking around in Final Fantasy 2 when they told you not to mess with the guards in the second city.
1 hit killed my entire party, and I lost my data because I hadn't save yet.
