Sometimes its best to actually double check what colour snake something is before you start thinking you can play games with it. Just cause it may look harmless, its red belly might be a clue that its best to be left alone. Telling one person one thing and the other something else, especially when its quite clear that you want to do something dangerous is quite deadly, who is to say if those two haven't already form a pact or are just in communications.

You threw your weight around and attempted to look big, but you forgot to place your feet, you attempted to tell someone that the other is something that can not be proven as of that time, it became clear to that person and they looked back at you with distrust due to the lies. Picking ones words are important but who knows where things can lead otherwise...

Chuck norris left the navy and became a diplomat (and not the army because it would be too easy for him), a mere thought of a roundhouse kick from him made those countries join.

I think that my descision to join the southern island was very good, since i haven't really had to deal with big wars yet, compared to the massive main island wars.

You Have just finished writing and signing your orders when a messenger bursts into the room. The state of his clothes shows that he has been travelling for quite some time without rest. Before you can ask him any questions he hands you a scroll, gives you a short bow, and leaves.

The scroll itself is fairly small, but what catches your eye is the seal, The Bronze Empire's royal seal. You open the scroll and read the message

Rejoice Mortals!

On this blessed day, His Immortal Highness, Lord of the Realm, King of the Kings, Giant Amongst Men, Emperor of Bronze, Hugo Scapac decided to bring you peace. As you read this message, our Glorious Bronze Legion Descends upon your shores, and soon the Continent will be united again, under the great and benevolent King.

Rejoice indeed, because in his greatness, His Highness decided that those that swear fealty to him shall retain their holdings and serve as Governor. I, Sheb, Count of Verviapolis and Marshal of the Empire, shall wait for you in my castle of Linport to hear your pleas of allegiance.

Appended to the bottom of the message, written in a hand that was clearly more used to writing military orders

I've been rolling for random events since turn 1, with an event cropping up when i roll a 1. then a D6 determines the severity of the event. 6 being the worst possible thing.
