To fix the peaceful ocean 2 mishap you could call it the "Formerly, but no longer peaceful ocean 2"

Just sent out everyone's starting package. Turn one still begins tomorrow, but I had unexpected free time so I went ahead and did this.

Yeah, i  know the turn doesn't start till tommorow, (why?), but ill send you my action now, but you don't have to do anything with it till tomorrow, also, do neutral areas have any armys?
EDIT:also, can we talk with other people without having a diplomat?
EDIT2:and what happens if there are 3 armies in a province in a turn (eg, 1 player owns and two players attack)? how would battle go assuming they are all hostile?
EDIT3:Can we recruit without spending ANY money, or do we have to spend some to recruit and more improves chances of getting more troops?

Neutral areas may have a small defence force, but you won't know until you enter

Diplomats are only used for talking with non-player factions (neutral provinces, other countries, etc)

if there are three armies in a province, it turns into a three way battle unless two of the armies are allied

you can, but you will be relying entirely on luck. money just gives the odds a good nudge

Do we all start out with the same number and types of agents, ships, and soldiers, or do we each have a bit of a variety?

Units will not gain veterancy. generals and admirals can howoever

Fighting would occur on the border

1 transport can carry a total of 500 troops, be they cavalry, infantry, or archers.
