Sorry for the double postNINJAS! I've updated the map with some new counties on an island to the southeast, and some areas for navies to sail on. I've also updated the rules to include some basic information on navies and some Ship-based agents

County actions:
Build Ships (builds ships and recruits sailors into the navy. Heavily influenced by the money you put into this)

Navy Actions:
Move fleet (fleet moves from the coast of one county to the coast of an adjacent county)
Transport troops (Takes two action points technically, one for the navy, one for the army. allows you to embark an army onto a fleet for transportation to other counties)
Blockade county (disrupts any actions taken in the blockaded county)
Attack enemy fleet (Your fleet engages an opponents fleet in a manner similar to land battles)

Agents:
Admiral (Boils down to a general on the water. higher skill means more effectiveness)

Also a note on diplomacy
Conduct diplomacy however you would like, but it would be appreciated if you sent me copies of your back and forth talks. I will also be generous and say that some are already plotting their takeovers

Backstory: Greyedge used to house the holdings and fiefs of half a dozen minor noble families, which, upon hearing about the demise of the king, took action and chose the lord of House Talasan to represent them. While they have no close relation to the royal family, everyone is related when you go back far enough, right?

Map color: Purplegreen if allowed (unless its too close to the map color)
Backstory: The ruler of oldlea is the oldest person in the country, which is in theory a fairly good and fair system. In order to insure that no one is older, the ruling family conducts a systemic murder of everyone that begins to approach the age of the older members of the ruling family, so that when the current ruler dies the new ruler is without fail in the family. They think that with a large enough civil war (which looks likley to happen), real succession won't matter and they will be able to install a ruler of their choice

actually Luke, your closest rival is in Fayden, so you'll have at least one turn before combat begins. Neyven on the other hand has two people that can attack him on turn one if he doesn't forge any alliances....
