How do I pull stuff out of me?

I was walking around normally in adventure mode when i noticed that I had an arrow inside me. How do I pull it out because I tried every key on my keyboard.

Ummm... I have no clue.. you need to lvl block so it doesn't get there to begin with.

Edit:  I don't even know if it is possible yet...

Press I -> Look for the arrow in the list, should be red/purple, select that -> "[a] - Pull out"

"r" like remove.
then just drop it, sell or use it to kill the person that shot you.
npc's also pull them out, and it was possible since the days of .40d
