I was mortally wounded with several arrows in my got, very nauseous. Decided to mess about with my final moments, so I bit an archer on the mouth and latched on.

Then I vomitted. In his mouth.

I bit an enemy spearman in the eyeball.

I would have gone for the throat, but I can't seem to find that location.

If you shake it around by the tail it comes off in your mouth. :D

Well, I started out normally as I should...a male keeper (Genesis Mod) named Moothan Seizedips, I asked one of the locals about a service...he told me about a monstrous creature, a wicked demon from the depths which somehow managed to get on the living plains... Farmedo Bulwarkstar was the name.I walked around the small village asking people to join me, shortly after a marksman joined me, so I went off to my adventures. Not far near the village, we found a river, near which a group of marmots were feeding. My companion having nothing better to do, began sniping at the marmots, first shot...an arrow broke the spine of the marmot leaving it dead...I butchered the body for future use. Resto in pace.

We were about to go down the hill when my companion stopped in the middle of the field and didn't want to follow me anymore. Fuck. I continued my way as he walked back to his village. He probably missed his wife...as usually. Little I knew that the place where the demon rested was very far away to north. The night was here...the nightmarish sound of the night creatures, living shadows. Restless hours I was chased down by the creatures, I couldn't escape easily, from few kicks and punches I got my nose broken, my knee smashed in and my second finger missing. The whole night I ran away from the beasts, still searching the lair of the demon, at last I could finish it quick.
The night creatures vanished...As I hear the mumbling of the twisted demon in the crack of the ground I noticed that I was there...in front of him without weapons without shield...Famedo was a black skinned demon with one eye in the middle of the hanging flesh forehead, disgusting humanoid creatures ! I grabbed it's hand and punched and strangled it and kicked it in a berserk rage. Shortly after I calmed down, the body was lying at my feet lifeless. His layer was empty, a tight scar in the ground...a small quiver in the middle of the room. No treasure...no gold coins...no jewels.

I took the body of the demon with me, and ventured off towards the village. You remember the village hill where my partner leaved me ? You remember it ?... A blood filled scream of terror echoed through the field...a dread troll smashed it's way through a small cave and charged me, without weapons or protection, with only the body of the slayed demon with me...I hurled the demon body at it. No effect. It glances away. Shortly after, I got a strong blow in the throat, killing me instantly.

So is life in Dwarf Fortress.

TL;DR....

-Got a quest
-Hired a companion
-He left me alone
-Night
-Being chased my arse off my night creatures
-Find the demon I have to slay
-Night no more.
-Wrestle it to death as I lost my weapons and shield during the night chase.
-Win. Take the body.
-Go back to the village.
-Get interrupted by dread troll where my companion left me.  (He probably saw the troll and tried to kill it. No idea what happen to him after that)
-Get throat smashed out.

EDIT:
Damned demon has a son. I'll stake it !

Alright, two more things qualify for the awesome, although they weren't first.
Wrestling with a moon man consort after the weapon got stuck in it for almost a day until the adventurer got the weapon back.
Impaling a similar moon man consort's head on a spear as the first hit in the battle.

Just a note: severed bogey-limbs evaporate, even if your adventurer is still chewing on them.

Leading a pack of Boogeymen into the camp of some outlaws. Man, I didn't even attack a single one of the bandits.

A night creature kicked my nearly max character in the hand. She gave into pain. It kicked her again. Her brain was torn by skull chunks. *raeg*

I was running away from bogeymen (You got to have high agility in the new Adventure Mode) And I thought for a moment I had lagged.

Until I checked the logs and found out I apparently had a bogeyman in front of me, and I decapitated him on the first time.

My first fight against a night creature consort, I encounter it in its den, and stab through its head, killing it before the battle could even begin.  Also, I found out that, like with wolves, you only get ambushed by bogeymen if you quick travel.  I managed to scrounge up a full set of bronze mail and attacked a goblin bandit camp.  I was doing great until that ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffun-ing archer I was sent to kill shot me down before I could even figure out where he was.  So some things never change.
