sneaking works on animals. (I'm playing a plain peasant hunter)

I'mean, they don't run away until they see you, instead of running anyway from you

Played as an elf and had some troll rip all my clothes of. Forgot to pick them back up... Attacked an outlaw and got slaughtered forgetting I was naked! lol!

And the bogeymen... gah!

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

And the bogeymen... gah!

The bogeymen are terrible demons.
I didn't quite think of them as the type of things that had "wings", though.

Also adventure mode is so fun now that I hadn't even tried DF mode. Combat is equally fun now.

EDIT: I just realized that it's only a matter of time until people begin to exploit/abuse the new Fun features in mods.

Adventure mode is indeed awesomesauce now. I wonder if you can actually treat wounds now? :o
I didn't see it in the update notes things so I would assume not, oh well. This limb strike thing is plenty of awesomeness to hold me over to my doctoring days. 8)

Bogeymen are randomly generated, so wings are optional.  I've seen horns, tails, and other such minor additions as well.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

This new adventurer mode stuff is awesome. Seems like the game is realy starting to take shape now.

Allready got my first adventurer killed. He was called Ersi Cakeurges, kinda regret losing him for that name alone hehe.

I did however get a change at revenge with the very first mission of my next adventurer. I wonder in what state I will find Cakeurges' body...

Arent boogeymen the children of trolls/ogresses? And then, shouldnt they inherit the appearances of their parents?

Adventure mode is awesome, but I'm kind of hoping the night stuff gets toned down in future versions.  I like that it's spotlighted right now but I can see it getting annoying once the game is more complete.

Ninja:  I haven't heard anything about boogeymen being night creature children, but right now it seems their appearances are completely random.

Youre right, in a way. I feels like DF has gone completely goth at the moment, in a cool and epic way, but still.

Maybe some kind of world gen option would help, so you can turn off bogeymen attacks completely, make them only show up rarely, make them only show up in evil areas, or the current frequency.

so, I went to a cave, to kill a consort. there were three.

I escaped, but the companion died.

got back to avenge his death, and all around the site there were his possession, his bones, his skeleton, all scattered and covered in blood.
