Masonry Fey Mood gave no skill raises
« on: June 09, 2008, 08:44:00 am »

Okay, I can't figure this one out - one of my Legendary Miners/Proficient Masons claimed a Mason's Workshop during a Fey Mood and crafted an artifact door.

The announcement claims he became more experienced, but I don't see it. He's still a Legendary Miner, Proficient Mason, and Novice Engraver (dabbling other skills). None of his skill levels have changed.

It was actually a Miner mood, he just created a Mason item.  http://www.dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Strange_mood#Skills_and_workshops

Oh, wow, I had no idea that was possible. I did actually look at that chart earlier today, but totally missed seeing "Miner" in there.

Sorry for the redundant thread, then. =)
