DAY 1:
You exit the cellar, sticking together, and clambor into the van. You easily manouver to the Strangelove Memorial Hospital, avoiding or crushing a fair number of wandering zombies.
HOSPITAL
Once there, you all spread out to search. Much of the building is damaged, bloody, or simply turned upside down. With 7 of you searching, you pretty much comb the whole place.
Jetsquirrel (rum0)=6! Picing around the ransacked rooms, you locate a storage room. Inside, you locate 2* OXYGEN TANKS (25lbs ea). ALSO, you locate another survivor, hunkered down inside the storage room.
Monk12 (rum2*2) 1,4 You very nearly brain yourself on a fax machine (REF0:1), and then DO (-1 HP) but doing so reveals some drugs, obviously dropped in a hurry. 2 Pain Drugs, 1 Psych Drugs, 2 Medical Supplies.
maxicaxi (rum0) 2 Despite your best efforts, the rooms you search seem empty.
Frelock (rum 4*2) 1,5 You narrowly avoid getting your arm shredded (REF0:3) while you extract some very sharp surgical supplies. 4 Medical Supplies.
kilakan (rum0) 4 You pick 1 Psych Drugs and 1 Medical Supplies from the remains of a closet.
JacenHanLovesLegos (rum1*2) 3,1 You stumble into an OR, and pick up some relativley blood-free 1 Medical Supplies. The room was rather upsetting. (COU roll 5) You're a little green, but okay.
Scood (rum1) 0 You find nothing of value.

NEXT you travel to the Gun Shop. The windows are broken and the door is hanging off. A pile of corpses is on fire in the street. Empty shells litter the doorway. It seems abandoned, and mostly ransacked.
Jetsquirrel 2 finds nothing of interest.
Monk12 2,6 Finds nothing at first..but wait... OHSHI- You have located a primed landmine. Fortunatley, it wont go off as long as you dont touch the top of it. There are 2 more in a crate. 3 Landmines.
maxicaxi 3 Scrounges together 18* 5.7mmNATO rounds from various places.
Frelock 6,4 Immediately finds an unopened gun safe, and (LUK2:5) manages to open it on his first try. Within, he finds 1 S&W M500 .50-Cal. Magnum, with 15* .50 rounds, and 4 frag grenades. The bottom half of the safe contains another survivor, who apparently got locked inside during the fighting.
kilakan 3 Finds 10* .22LR rounds.
JacenHanLovesLegos 4,2 Locates a crossbow and 5 bolts. (note: rebar makes fine emergency bolts)
Scood 1 Stumbles across a rigged shotgun! (REF0, +2trap master:4) He manages to avoid serious injury, and recover the shotgun, although there seem to be no shells. 1 Winchester.

You then proceed to the Water Tower.
It seems untouched. You spend a momnet levering open the lock on the gate with a crowbar, and then drive the van right under it, pulling the gate shut behind. There's not a lot of land space here; there is fencing all around, and a small utility shed (locked, windowless). The catwalk around the tower isn't very wide, and you figure you can't fit more than 12 survivors or so up here. There is a small portable radio up here, and a water tap. The inside of the bulb is 3/4 full. You could haul everything up to the catwalk, if you'd like, for half an action.
Monk12, you notice 3 places that could become points of entry - the gate, now unlocked, a low spot where the fence could be jumped, and a spot where the fence has seen better days and is rusting away a bit. There is some shrubbery that could prove a visibility problem from above.
From up here, you watch the glorious vista of sunset o'er burning city, while listening to the dulcet tones of the test pattern on the radio.
