You spend the night moving bookcases and being mildly freaked out by bodies nailed to the basement full of creepy books. Zombies wander around the area, but dont seem drawn to your position- UNLIKE those guys wearing yellow capes and holding spear-type weapons, mostly improvised. A small cadre of yellow-robed figures has gathered near the entrance. They form a half-circle, and glare at you until the sun comes up, when they retreat to the nearby sewer.

(: 2) You notice a lot of short brownouts through the night. The electric all over town seems a bit wonky, judging from the lights you can see. You note that there is no heat in the library - you are aware of the town having nat'l gas heat in civil structures, fed by main pipes (not tanks).
