Bowdown2q: Rodicurst Onyxbone, Chief Medical Dwarf
Taco Dan: "Dan the Man" Cowbridges, Swordsdwarf
Sneevil: Tulon Lensstream, Hunter
JOBS: Treat Injury
Rodicurst continues healing Dan! Sneevil continues to recover water, cloth, and other materials! Dan continues to be horribly injured!
Dan's lower left arm [2]-1(nasty water)+1(SOAP!) begins to blister. Rodicurst [1]+3 knows that areas affected by blistering are prone to infection. Until the blisters heal, Dan will have to roll on the infection chart on a weekly basis. By regularly cleaning and bandaging the blisters, Rodicurst can provide a bonus to that roll as well as to the roll to heal from the blisters.
A bit ironically, inspection of the toe [5]-1+1 reveals no trace of taint. Grabbing a loose sword, Rodicurst [5]+2 calmly and cleanly slices off the second toe of Dan's Left Foot. Then, [2]+2-1 Rodicurst cleans off the stub and bandages it, as well as the adjacent toe. Although there is some risk of infection, Dan will receive a bonus to avoiding it.
Rodicurst then returns to the blisters, [3]+2-1 washing and bandaging them. Examining the dwindling cloth supplies, Rodicurst decides to forgo bandaging the ribs in order to keep treating the blisters.
[4] Dan's bruised chest is healing nicely. Rodicurst schedules a series of treatments for Dan in order to keep tabs on his health. Apart from that, Dan can safely move around freely, provided he avoids combat situations.

Good news, everyone! In preparing to list the mining rates of our various miners, I found that the dwarf I've been performing SCIENCE on is abysmally clumsy. Shortly thereafter, I found that agility makes an enormous difference in mining rates. Shortly thereafter that, I found that you should be mining faster. On the plus side, I learned something about the game mechanics, and THIS time I saved my work.
Bad news for Dan, I finished the Infection table! Take a look!
