Population of Cloisteredtombs: 7 Players, 3 NPC

Nearly didn't catch Fuzz's XP for Grower- good thing I did, as it was enough to bump him up a rank. Yay slight bonuses to crop yield!

Off to catch up with the map now, hooray for not doing this at the last minute.

Updated the map, with limited success. Shadow, I'd appreciate it if you'd tell me what I'm doing wrong there on the Ground+1, as I can't figure it out for the life of me. I think it's something I"m doing in this bit here-

I also plopped the farm  in a bit above, since apparently there isn't QUITE room for it in the row there. I'm also not sure how to go about finding the symbols for the Lever and Pig Tail, so they are represented by an L and P, respectively.


FAKEEDIT: I appear to be unable to update the wiki, as it throws up Fatal Errors every time I try. I've saved what I done in a txt file so that I can get it up once it stops arguing with me.

Unless of course you happen to know the cause of Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/dfwiki/includes/parser/Preprocessor_DOM.php on line 900

What exactly is happening when you do that wiki code? Is it just not lining up the tiles properly and leaving whitespace? If so, then just split the tables by adding

|}
{| style="border-spacing: 0"

Before a |-. That way it won't be treating the rows together. This alignment issue happens because from the table's perspective, the row has 4 cells, one of which happens to contain more than one character. However, it is still 4 cells, so if another row in the table has more or fewer cells, the table will organize around that.

If it is something else, then I won't know until I know what goes on.

Also, from a stylistic perspective, {{RT0|<char>|6:0}} is the same as {{RT|<char>|6:0:0}}, but easier to read. This also means you can put the whole row together.

As for the farms, the Pig tail farm is there, just as a dark grey τ surrounded by ~'s (as an "under construction" plot). Just replace the ~'s with ≈'s and it is good. Lever is ò (I think that is specifically an "off" position, but I'm not sure. It probably isn't worth worrying about the position of the lever on the map).

For the fatal error, I don't know. They did some maintenance on the wiki servers recently, and I'm not sure what was affected. Just wait a bit and then try reposting, there is nothing you are doing wrong, or can do to fix it AFAIK.

Help with butchery/tanning, ask Rodicurst if he could start with some beds, maybe.

Hm. I've succeeded in updating Ground-1, but I cannot get any alterations I make to Ground level to stick. I was going to indicate that all the walls as well as the up stair were completed.

FAKEEDIT: apparently I now cannot get Ground+1 to accept its changes either. It is indeed the whitespace issue, I'll wrestle with it more tomorrow before the update.

I've completed the Ground level updates for you, and split the Ground + 1 segment rows into individual tables. I greatly recommend playing with the RT and RT0 templates on your user page or in a sandbox to get the feel for them, their caveats, and various stylistic efficiencies (such as using RT0 for all black backgrounds).
