Further edit: your actions could be excused if you had something big to hide; i.e. you were the heretic Norrec was seeking, and your hand was forced. If this is the case then we won't know about it for some time.

That is a good point, though I do highly doubt it to be true.

Samthere, if I didn't know you'd try to kill me if I stayed, I wouldn't have escaped to the forest.

I'm not entirely sure if I'm the heretic or not. I've tried praying to Zazit before, and the action didn't go through. Maybe I am?

Yes, expecting punishment of death is reasonable, but to expect every member of the fortress, civilian or military, to try to enforce it? Only if you expect that would you need to kill all of us.

There's only one other military. Norrec had a childhood friend and mate. It seems reasonable to expect aggression from everyone.

No. We would have probably beat you, tie you up for a bit. Maybe my character will try to kill you, maybe Norrecs friend. But by running and all that you have made things worse.

Anyway I propose a watch system now. Norrec is gone and that means one less protecter. Watches are in shifts of 4 hours. That should be good enough. Post what time frame you want to watch for.

I agree, but I won't be participating for two days or so, as the floodgate is time-critical.

It may be necessary to post our defense schedules in PMs as I don't feel that Mikhail will keep from meta-gaming...

I don't want to go back to the embark site anyway, besides I only do things that would be logical. Assuming that everyone else would want me dead after assassinating the brewer? Logical. Assuming that they've established a watch in case I return? Logical. Guessing their exact watch schedule? Highly improbable.

Besides, it might be better to have 8 shifts of 3 hours. More people would be in the loop about the situation and, potentially, more would get done.

Norrec: You're dead, stop posting. And I'm not making your point for you.

Murdering a character for OOC reasons: logical?

Norrec: You're dead, stop posting.

And you've escaped from the camp, but you're still posting. As long as V-Norrec isn't posting stuff from Norrec (the character) that we shouldn't be able to know, then it's fine.

Killing someone for threatening the safety of the entire embark team is logical.
Norrec posting just to troll me isn't something you should stick up for.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were the one trolling. And you DID kill him for OOC reasons.

Lillipad:  I don't listen to you and I'm not out of the game, not by a long shot.  Thus I still have an interest.

Also, I'm trolling you eh?  Funny how I'm the dead one.

Your just assuming, have you thought... "Humm. Maybe they are grieving? Or just getting on with life? No! They must be setting up a watch." You yourself said that If you were to come back you would kill all of us. Changed your mind after I said that we needed a watch hmmmm? Maybe your character is phycic or what I dont know but stop this mockery. Now.

OH and Norrec is trolling you... Wait a sec.. XD XD XD ...Oh god.. *Heh*. You really believe that? Wow.... AND (S)HE WAS NOT THREATING THE EMBARK TEAM. SORRY FOR Caps. Still. No, it was an arguement. You probably wouldn't even know in character so..... I'll let everyone else say their opinions.
