The Kobold had some standard -5 kobold rags and a standard -5 kobold wooden hatchet.

... The wooden hatchets are already assigned to be burned together to form charcoal, the rags should be turned into either thread or soft fittings, I forget what we decided on.

I keep one hatchet as a trophy and throw the rest of the hatchets and rags in a nearby stockpile.  I then go over to the Kobold and chop it's head off.  After doing that, I throw the rest of his remains in the nearest refuse pile.  I then go looking for the nearest butcher in hopes of finding a boneworker or taxidermist.

((Our only trained butcher is gone at the moment, I'm the second most qualified I believe (seeing as I don't have a penalty for butchering) and I can't do it because I'm too injured to really be doing any work.  Also, if you want the smelly -5 dirty kobold bandages that's fine I guess, I'll take the clean ones.))

((No I really don't want the smelly cloth, that's why I threw it in the stockpile.  I was just merely suggesting that band-aids would be a good idea.  X())
