Pink (X) are goblins and other various nasties, Green (+) are elves, Blue O are Humans, and Orange (X) are Dwarves.

If it helps, imagine the X as crossed pickaxes, and the + is a tree.

Three of Seven Days:

Adil forages for lunches, and each day slowly cuts down a large tree, getting six logs total. Slow, but profitable. Milking the maggots gives a total of 4 Milk.

Norrec set to work building a pair of new carts, scavenging every bolt and nail should could find while Gar crafted new fittings. By getting Nylona to help, she was able to complete the two carts in record time. Her exceptional scavenging skills also meant that a good amount of Forged Iron was left for other purposes.

After finishing the fittings, Gar also crafted a few golden goblets, hopefully enough to win the favour of the elves. Unable to use the forge, Tholtig gathered some rough sand from the river shore and started blowing glass in the furnace. She made some nice green statuettes.

Urist decided to improve the existing works, and started engraving his granite dishes. 12 were decorated with fine Elf-friendly images.

Having nothing else to do, Udil, Athor, Shem, Delerker and Sandow's Golem formed a team and started mining. Sandow himself stood slightly behind his golem, practising fencing moves on it with a wooden training sword that he had made while nobody was looking. Although the golem was strong and reliable now, it still had no learning capability. This concerted effort excavated a total of 21 squares, and extracted 24 Boulders. In his spare time, Sandow copied Norrec's recipe and made 8 Dwarf Omelettes.

Litast spent her time checking and double checking the records, assisting others in crafting, and getting reassurances from Adil that there were indeed Elves nearby. It was a hectic three days.

As the foremost expert on subterranean mushroom farming, Kog took it upon himself to make the best damn fungus patch in the land. As the room was already well-prepared, it was a relatively simple matter to place a handful of spawn every few steps and ensure that the conditions were right. Clearing the filth off of his hands and feet took some time, though.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That's it for the pre-expedition days. There's no need to change schedules.

Just need some sort of guide on what gets taken on the trip.

Total trade goods consist of:
5 Bins containing 23/25 Granite Dishes (12 Engraved)
2 Bins containing 10/10 Green Glass Statuettes +2
2 Bins containing 7/10 Golden Goblets +1

((Just be happy you made +2 Statuettes.  Those will probably sell pretty doggone well.  Btw, I'm totally going to ask you to make a green glass statuette of Hipobis for me when you get back.  I'll make you a bed for it.))
