Attempt to stop Ahra from enraging the hell bug.

So, Shem/Litast, what do you direct the group to do?

Otherwise everybody will do their own thing.

Probably involving Norrec leaping out of a tree to land on it and shoot the crossbow point-blank.

Apparently having a redundant creature entry causes the game to say, "Oh, look, it's crazy world now. Nothing makes sense! Alligators live in houses!"

Agitated, yes, mostly because we're not all moving out of the way. It's not enraged, yet.

Get everyone outta the way. its a lot bigger than we are and i'd prefer not to die. then, once it leaves, collapse the damn cave!!!

It's not actually that big. It's comparable to a black bear.

So, only about eight to twelve times the size of a dwarf, then?

Only if by Dwarf you mean Smurf.

Polar Bears are huge. Black Bears are not. Think pony sized.

"There's no reason to attack it if it isn't hostile. Everyone move out of the way and see what it does from there."

It doesn't really seem hostile. If it attacks us, I'm sure we can kill it with minimal damage, but I don't want to go around senselessly killing things because we don't know what they are. Hell, we might even be able to profit off it somehow.

Under the direction of the leadership, the group gets away from the entrance, except Norrec who was already in a tree. The creature gives a long, alien look at everyone, then scuttles into the cave.

I am also making a gameplay rule guide. Previously it was either scattered across all the other posts or simply unmentioned. It gives detail on how you can expect things like combat and industry to work.

I say you should leave it alone.
It is obviously at least moderately non-hostile, and probably hard to kill.
(plus, we could totally catch it and use it to kill goblins.)

This is the only important part of what I said.

All right!

Now.

COLLAPSE THE CAVE.

If we're lucky, we can contain it until such time as we are able to deal with it effectively, either by capturing or killing it.
