In this longer period format and with 14 players, the best system in general is what IronyOwl did: List a bunch of objectives you want to achieve in order of time or importance, along with how much time per day you are dedicating to each task type and any other details. Unless you really want to micromanage and hurt me.

Oops.

12-7 Sleep
7-8 Breakfast of Sandow Stew and Dwarven Rum
8-6 Work!
6-7 Dinner of Num Num Rollies and Dwarven Wine
7-9 Sing for the camp
9-10 Play with puppies
10-11 Practice throwing knives against a tree
11-12 Sleep

Work will consist of, in order:

-Forging tools for a new mason's workshop out of forged iron.
-Making a new mason's workshop using the tools and a spare table.
-Cutting two stone blocks.
-Forming those blocks into sarcophagi.
-Engraving those sarcophagi with... diplomatic images/explanations of who they are and their feats in life.
-Grabbing a shovel and digging shallow graves on the other side of the river, but still in our bowl next to the cliff face.
-Placing their probably-by-now-rotting corpses into the sarcophagi, dragging them to their temporary graves, and performing the necessary rites, assuring their spirits that this is just until we get more proper arrangements.

-If I manage to finish all that in under six days, or if any of my plans are temporarily obstructed (Gar is using the forge but will be done soon, for instance) I will grab a pickaxe and help dig.

-If they're more permanently obstructed (two people are trying to use our one mason's shop full-time, so my extra one gets occupied at least half the time) I work towards making them not-obstructed (forging new tools, building a new workshop, etc.)

So Norrec, you should probably dig where I direct you or do something else, since I guess I'm on undertaker duty now.

Alright, I think from now on we should try to conserve our coal for things that are super important (after the new mason's tools).

Also, it'd be nice if we all took one or two of the hours from 7-9pm as social time together. We'll work ourselves to death if we don't take a little time off.

Woohoo!

00-07: Sleep
07-08: Breakfast - Dwarven rum and something cheap
08-18: Work.  Lunch by foraging if possible, I'll be in the forest a lot.
18-19: Watch sunset, honor Kun, chat with Urist
19-20: Dinner - Water and a prepared meal
20-23: Play with Denrhymed, listen to others
23-24: Sleeeep

Work means butchering any available corpses, or going out to the forest to produce more corpses with leather and crossbow.  If I run out of bolts, use the axe.  Also I want to forage enough for lunch, even though that may reduce my hunting time.

I hope this helps with the food problem!  For the sake of all you alkies, I suggest that meat be cooked/prepared/preserved instead of plants.  Plants are for booze.

You can certainly try, but I don't know if the leadership will let you put a farm there.

Where is the planned farmland these days?

Daily schedule:
Eating preference: Cooked food, then plump helmets.
Beverage preference: Beer or wine, whichever is greater.

Work queue:
1) Use architecture to determine how tall I can make the wall, and how many blocks it will take. Also figure out how many blocks it will take to make it temporarily two stories high, and figure out a way to build it over the river. It will look approximately like this, with each end tower against the cliff:
2) Help get the farms set up. If this includes mining, then mine.
3) Look at golem. Fix whatever's in my capabilities to fix with a reasonable success rate. Determine which parts are needed to repair it that we don't have. Draw diagrams on paper.
4) More stone blocks.
Code: [Select]
Key: - Walls
= Gate
0 Square tower.

Daily schedule:

1000-1900: Work
1900-2000: Dinner
2000-2100: Socialize
2100-2300: Work. Ignore Rolan's grumbling about the darkness.
2300-2400: Play with my kitten

8 hours of sleep per day
2 hours of meals per day
2 hours of miscellaneous stuff per day
11 hours of work per day
