A second bolt struck Shem in the left lower leg, knocking him down.

Well, fuck.

And fuck you, Lillipad.

Shade-o, what's my status?

Also, I claim Mikhail's chainmail, or whatever is left of it.

Very well, let the unholy resurrection of Norrec begin! It shall be a glorious bloodbath!

Sort of. Half the fort is under my thrall and you're my loyal wight bodyguard, but-

Oh, it hasn't happened yet. Uhhhh... Do I have to do something? It is sorta my ritual.

If that actually happens, I swear I'm quitting, I didn't sign up to have people take my turns for me.

I know you're joking, but if you're not, I'll laugh out loud while applauding your audacity.

After making the camp irritable with promises of an inquisition, Norrec was assassinated by Mikhail firing a crossbow through her head, who then fled into the forest. He returned that morning to finish the rest of the camp off, only to be killed by the vengeful Zombie Norrec. Adil, Sandow and Shem were hit by bolts, none critically. Zombie Norrec fled into the forest as well, sustained only by the will to live.

Litast encountered Zombie Norrec again, and tried to find a way to return her to life. A prayer to Oggez revealed that none of the major gods could help, though it was well within their power. Fortunately, the mysterious power Aexiesoen was able and willing to assist. It had little power to spare and the expedition had little to offer in material wealth, so the only way to complete the ritual was to give blood. All of the expedition, even Sandow were willing to participate, even if some had misgivings.

After Kog staunched the bleeding on those hit by bolts, the participants met in a circle organised by Tholtig. Norrec shambled in, led by Litast. She was completely pale, her features set in a blank expression, though there was a hint of pain visible. She was heavily bloodstained from her wounds, and ice had formed over her body which broke off in shards and flakes with movement. The crowd was distinctly uneasy with the situation.

Norrec swayed in the middle of the circle, while everybody else made deep cuts on their forearms with a dagger. Tholtig collapsed on the ground after cutting, while the living and dead watched apprehensively. The early morning light suddenly dimmed, but the blood flowing from the wounds began casting light over the scene. Everybody experienced excruciating pain as they skirted the line between worlds, fuelling a deity through their own suffering and loss, and one by one their vision was consumed by shadows.

When they awoke, they found themselves pale and dizzy, but otherwise fine. The cuts were healed, and the bolt wounds were significantly smaller. Norrec was laid out on the ground, alive but unconscious. It is now about 10am.

"Oh god, my head. I opt that everyone get a third meal today to make up for blood-loss."

1000 -1030: OMG NORREC'S ALIVE
1030 - 1130: Have a late breakfast of a plump helmet and ale
1130 - 1500: Being awake for almost 24 hours and draining an unknown amount of her own blood, Litast is completely drained physically and emotionally. She sleeps.
1500: Eat lunch of cow cheese and wine
1600 - 2300: Mining. Mining. Mining.
2400: Eat dinner of chicken and rum
0100: Sleep now to get sleeping schedule back on track

Shouldn't we be getting eggs/milk from our livestock or did I miss something?

EDIT: Also, which mining plan are we going with? We really do need to figure this out...

That was unsettling indeed!

I got milk a few times, but I was wondering about the eggs too.
