I dropped out, and I guess Norrec's corpse killing me was how he felt like getting rid of Mikhail.

Well I did kind of know about it... So your a zombie, brought back, probably by the god that we saved and you were going to get an artifact to make you back into a dwarf but now you can't do that.

Technically, in PM, Hipobis granted me life in order to get vengeance, Mikhail just made it easy for me by showing himself rather than running is all.  Technically I was supposed to stay "dead" until you buried me, but well, I guess I just like you all too much to sit still for that.

What time is it?

Short Story for everyone

Mikhail is a jerk.
Mikhail killed me.
My spirit was restless.
I went to visit Hipobis Giltgold.
Hipobis agreed to revive me so I could seek vengeance.
I got vengeance and am now off to try and find an artifact to bring me back to life, or die trying.

It is currently 6am, everybody was about to eat and the forge is set up.

After Norrec disappears, Mikhail's corpse is cautiously examined. It's prety mangled, and it seems that Norrec ripped out all three bolts and stabbed him with them. One of them is holding a message written on bark with blood.

Uh. I guess there's no burial now?

I guess that makes my secret project null. I was going to turn Norrec's gold bars into Hipobis Giltgold figurines, one to bury with him, and one for the fort's temple-area-thing, once we got one. Later revised that to turning one bar into three smaller figurines, two of Hipobis and one of Norrec himself. One Hipobis got buried with him/left on his coffin as some sort of shrine, while the other two went in some fairly public place in the fort as more of a record/tribute/decoration thing. The other bar would have remained an extra-large Hipobis idol.

With that, change my schedule's "Secret Project" part to "Make butcher's tools" or "Mine the river".

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

I'll probably make a figurine for Hipobis at some point anyway, and it might very well end up being made out of your gold, but the main point was to help you rest in peace. Since that's clearly not happening now, I think I'll focus on other things.

Though, we should probably get figurines or statues or something of the fort's founders at some point, so you'll probably still get a statue/statuette, just probably not made out of gold and not for a while.

Probably also of when you were alive, not zombified.
