Two minor bugs

They are by no mean gamebreaking, just a bit weird.

For the brook one, I'm not sure if it's related to Bug 826 or not, but put it in my notes for that bug.  I'm not sure what's up with the trees, since the trees on the cliff above are fine.

Errr... there are no trees on the cliff above, as far as I can see.

As far as I understand, when determining what can grow where and what terrain is where, it uses fuzzy fractalish borders for terrain and straight for vegetation.
It's not noticeable when rocks biome sticks out into soil one, since nothing can grow on the rocks anyway, but in the opposite situation it gives these grass-only places.

And for brook: bug 826 looks more like to ... err... well, when upper brook tile caveins down to the bottom but saves it's "brookiness", i.e. continues to suck in water. And this bug is just resetting any floor properties, when dirt or paved road is built over something. It has a lot of variations, for example, when building road on top of smooth magnetite floor cut in a magnetite cluster located in rock salt, you will get rough rock salt floor after it. In this case it removes "brookiness".

Yeah, the brook issue looks just like regular dirt road screwiness. Considering it removes muddy pool tiles, I'm not too surprised it removes the stylized brook ground.
