I noticed a while ago that there is a disproportionate number of minors in the board. I was surprised too. Somehow I thought that DF would appeal more to a 20s demographic

Well, most younger players of DF are the mature ones. I myself am 16, and know of four other people who know of DF irl and three of the four are more mature than average. The other one just spends too much time on the internet.

Problem is that while being in a young yet mature group can not weigh up against the disgrace of being a majority instead of a minority.

We can no longer pull our 'better than the rest' trick anymore!
But I suppose the 'more quality and quantity' argumentation might work instead now..
