I believe down, this thread does by no means confirm it (Way to board age category) but the data from this and what I know of the newer arrivals on these forums I feel good about saying down.

Yea, fine with me. It'll work better, considering that those who are clicking 90-99 are messing around, not sure about the other end, but the majority of people are between 12 and 30.
