I think it's just me, but the videos are really jumpy... as in they aren't playing very smoothly.

Hmm, doesn't seem too jumpy to me. The first two ones are on 40 fps, the other ones on 60 fps and it looks smooth to me. There's some slowdown and some flashing in Top Man's stage, but that was also there when I played it. Could you point me to a specific part in a video where it's jumpy?

On another note, it refuses to upload my Shadow Man video. It says "Your file has been uploaded. We are now processing the video...", but there's no "Processing X %" under the images, so it doesn't actually work.

Youtube seems slow today, it's taking it for ever to process my videos.
