Bolts stored in quivers goods - dwarves won't equip

Hello,

I am trying put a squad of marksdwarves together, and I assigned them ammunition in the military menu. However, it looks like all my bolts are already in quivers stored in my finished goods bins, and my dwarves won't take them.
Those quivers must have belonged to another squad, disbanded since.

How can I make the quivers and the bolts available again?

Try dumping the quivers and bolts, then reclaiming the bolts, then reclaiming the quivers.
