           Laos ($14,000): 4 Fighters, 1 Infantry
           Papa New Guinea ($40,000): 2 Infantry, 1 Light Armour
           Japan ($57,000):  2 Fighters
           Peru ($40,000): 3 SASR
           Brazil ($38,000): 3 SASR, 1 Gas Tank

$168000 To develop orbital factories.
$200000 To develop Interplanetary spaceships.

Spend as much as possible to buy as much infantry as possible in Sierra Leone

Move 4 Infantry from Liberia directly eastward.

Sell DemonicSpoon the Super Soldier tech
