I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

So improved propoganda does what? Improves loyalty of country and income and such, reduces unrest and makes it harder for enemies to take over? And increases loyalty of non-fanatic soldiers or what? I just thought it'd be a cool tech.

Improved propaganda increases loyalty, and decreases unrest. This means that countries are less likely to rebel when you control them, and for a set period of time, are more likely to rebel if taken over. Also, you can now attempt to take over countries with propaganda.

I also attacked Nepal.  :P

I'm on it.

Also, how do we use the ICBM? What are their stats? Do we have to build them first (would be really cool: it'd means we could have a true cold war with stockpiling of warheads.) Can we develop nukes?

I'll be getting that information up soon. Also, yes, you will have to build ICBMs first before you can launch them. And yes, you can develop nukes.

Also, how does the SONAR buoys works: do I have to pay for them, or are they free? And what are the fortresses' stats?

It costs $10,000 to build SONAR buoys (You need a lot of them.) but they can be deployed and called back as many times as you want. (You need ships though.) SONAR buoys increase the chance to detect submarines by 50%.

Edit: Also, do I get all the bad special events because I am unlucky, or is it because you dislike me being so big? :p

Because you are so big.

Spoiler: Basic Gen Two Units (click to show/hide)

I'll be getting the rest of the units up in a couple days or so.

EDIT: Gah. Spelling.

Revenue:  $400,000

Build 1 Unit of Infantry in each Country.  (-110,000)

ALL OTHER UNITS ARE TO ASSAULT VENEZUELA, THEN GUYANA, THEN SURINAME.  ((Leave at least one unit to secure each country.))  SOUTH AMERICA WILL BE FREE!

$100,000 will be spent researching Research Secrecy  (I no longer have to reveal what I'm researching or what technology I have)

$100,000 will be spent researching Missile Defense Shields (Shoots down incoming ICBM's)

$90,000 will be spent researching Defensive Initiative (Defender's get to attack first)

I'm sorry, but my mind exploded from the incredible awesomeness of that idea.

Can we improve Gen 1 units to Gen 2?

Yes. The cost is the difference between the two units cost. (Gen_2_Unit_Cost - Gen_1_Unit_Cost)

You're probably wondering what a wasteland does at this point.

Spoiler: Wasteland (click to show/hide)

While turning enemy countries into a wasteland sounds fun, remember that the earth is still recovering from global warming. If enough ecological damage occurs, the biosphere will preform a tail spin, and soon society will collapse and anarchy will ensue. So, you now, try not to let that happen.

So kinda like IRL: not really useful if you don't have nukes to set on them. With the nerve gas, do I get two attacks that can target any units, or can I attack 2 units with 2 attacks each?

2 attacks. You can spilt the attacks up and hit two units once, or one unit twice.
