My actions:

Send diplomat to Paraguay requesting their surrender.  If they surrender, disband their military and recruit 1 Infantry and 1 Light Armor in Paraguay (-$30,000 if successful)

Build one Infantry in Argentina.  (-$10,000)

Build 1 Fighter and 1 Bomber in Brazil (-$50,000)

Build 1 Infantry in Bolivia (-$10,000)

Spend $4,000 researching Silent Running (if Paraguay doesn't surrender, spend the extra $30,000 here)

Spend $75,000 researching Hydroponics

Have Infantry, Light Armor, Submarine, and Gunship attack French Guiana, have the Light Armor and Gunship redeploy back to Brazil if successful.

Also, I still have Turkmenistan (on the map) and do you hate me, or is that the RNG's role? :p

Anyway, it was just the hard way to learn that troops don't count for anything on the turn they're built, not even maintaining order.

Well, it was all very instructive, but I hope I won't have to do more of this kind of SCIENCE!!!

Also, you didn't tell me what was the result of attempting to bribe a Chinese officer for their troops' position. If the answer is "most of them in your bases lol", send the Neo-KGB to shoot him.

And do I know how many troops the Chinese have in Russia? After all, they are in MY country, I can hope some of the partisans can give me information.

Just don't do the mistake I made: don't leave your brodering territories defenceless Plus, I was jsut stupid to ignore the warning, I tought I had one more turn before China invading(That's why I sent troops to 4 bordering countries this turn).

Do you think I should reclaim Russia, or go for China first?

Russia first, you gotta retain and regain what loyal citizens you have. China will be a rebellious province, not your MOTHERLAND.

On the other hand, if I get China, the Chinese will be left with only rebellious provinces to deal with. Or I could try both, but that would be pushing my luck.

But Russia has all your research facilities...

Also, MrNuke, want to trade fanaticism for improved fighter system?

You rolled a 1 for the morale. Troops that are being built contribute to maintaining order, but don't count for fighting. A 1 was rolled, and partisans rose up. Those countries with fully built troops defeated the partisans, those without did not.

Also, you didn't tell me what was the result of attempting to bribe a Chinese officer for their troops' position. If the answer is "most of them in your bases lol", send the Neo-KGB to shoot him.

Uh, okay. Well, that also explain why Switzerland didn't rebel on the turn it was defenceless. Also, units can attack and fall back. Can they attack two countries? Like could I send all my troops to China, then Russia?

P.S. V-Norrec: don't do diplomacy! Never. I started by sponsoring CULTURAL EXCHANGES between Russia and China, and now they're so pissed off they ransacked my labs and invaded my home country!

Rebellion has a chance to occur. A really good chance, but a chance none the less.

Units can't attack twice in the same turn, but can otherwise move as they wish.

You engaged in Diplomacy with an empire, I'm requesting the surrender of Paraguay to a much greater power when they are completely surrounded.  I do believe my diplomatic attempts will go better, if not, they're gone next turn.
