There also just 17 counties stil independent. I am doomed in this, but perhaps the situation in Shebs game can still be salvaged.

Wait, so your offering a crap-load of money to kill some new player that already has Egypt going all blood-lust fanatical on me?

In any situation, Egypt is the one whos going to kill me. They are a thousand times my size, have a gaint military force, are currently butt-raping the UN, and are going to most likely just kill off Germany for the cash. And even if he doesn't bother, Sheb has stated hes going to go all out on Europe, so I guess its useless starting in there. Also, Phantom shouldn't be giving out money like that, seeing as hes next to america, which is, well, america. And not to forget there are no nearby free terriories, so even if America dosen't crube stomp phantom, they will the second he trys to take Latin America.
