Well, I have no interest in helping you beat the US if I don't get lands in the Americas. As for the nukes, well, they're a bit too likely to end up targeting me. Plus, I don't think Demonic Spoon would let me trade them.

Once they're yours, they're yours.  If you want my help, then you need to give me something.  If you don't want to dance, then don't bother asking.

Well, I got a deal with Demonic Spoon, and part of the deal is we don't trade important tech without asking the other if he's okay with that.

But whatever, I guess we'll have to invade the US without you then. You definitely overestimate how much it's worth.

*shrug* I suppose we'll see, once my projects all finish up, won't we?

Edit:  Also if you agree to stay out, then I won't need the help, I have plenty enough of my own forces.

By the way, adwarf, you can create a backstory for your rise to Sierra Leone. (Though it's up to you.)

Also, your infantry are already equiped with explosive and incendiary rounds. Electric rounds would really act as just long-range tasers.

Did you not see this?

An Account from the leader of the Socialist Union of Free Alaska.
I shall write this using a typewriter, making myself individual from those capitalist computer users. The Glorious Sheb has died, but his empire lives on. My nemesis, Alex Juli, has had his beautiful Rome defiled and burned, and for every Roman woman in that city there were two Egyptian Fanatics too...
I shall not comment on that.
Halsantium is the least of my worries, however, the ROIF, and the Kingdom of Free People are under suspicion from me.
Hopefully the Imperio shall remain neutral, or even assist in the retaking of the homeland, and may the United Empire take down the Roman plague as I soon find out the secrets of the alien crafts, and revive the Chrono Legionnaire's for the prosperity of the Union.
