Ooops. Sorry.

Also, I really hope the U.S. will soon start blockading Demonic Spoon with invisible ships of doom. He'll soon be bigger than I am actually..

Also, where are they blockading me? I got fleet along all of my coasts! Damn Americans, making me lose more than the whole of Russia's GDP by blockading me with invisible ships.

The SONAR Buoys will be active this turn.

Missile Defence System gives a flat 75% chance against ICBMs in all countries.

Also, I should never post a turn before going to sleep.

Also, why was my returns from research so subpar? Bad rolls?

You really haven't figured it out?

Also, why was my returns from research so subpar? Bad rolls?

You put 55 thousand in, while most of the research was hard.

No. I sent ships everywhere except those areas, and I doubt I got enough shipping going through India that a blockade there cost me so much.

And yet previously 50k had brought me around 50% return for AI, now it brought me like 5%. It just seems a bit inconsistent is all, I understand if it was just bad rolls though. And nuclear warheads hard? By rights that technology should in fact already be available to me as it has already been readily available for like a century, but I decided to research it anyway, cos intercontinental missiles also had to be researched. Cryosleep I can understand I suppose.

Well, that's RNG for you. Likewise, I invested more than V-Norrec in missile defense and got less out of it.

Meh, don't complain, you got research secrecy in one turn.  In the end we got one tech each.

I'm not complaining, just pointing that RNG do influence the game.

P.S. Do you want to trade research secrecy for SDI defense?

Gah. I have no idea why nuclear warheads only got 5%. Probably messed up somewhere. Fixing. (I must have screwed up with A.I. on some other turn.)

Well, I meant ships along my coast. Seeing how big my country is and that the world's leading manufacturer (China and India) and raw material producer (Russia, Saudi Arabia...) are not touched by the blockade, so much losses does seems a lot.

No, I don't care if you want to impose penalties on me, I just want a better excuse. :p

How about the fact that the entire western hemisphere is blocked off from buying your goods, either due to the blockade or because you're an enemy?

Well, then they should be suffering from the blockade as well. :p

Anyway: there is obviously only one solution: open the way at gunpoint!
