If not for the training you can't currently remember this would have been the most archaic system you had ever seen. At least the phsycoadaptive data presentation system is working, giving you a nice and basic overview without to much clutter for your current damaged state to handle.

A long help file is shown, with links for more detail on things. It accepts all standard system stuff like navigating the file structure, runing and editing files, etc. Task manager type stuff. Diagnostics stuff. Some kind of protocol for interacting directly with hardware? Controles for some kind of simulation that is running.  And a bunch of technical stuff you don't recognize due to massive brain damage and probably isn't important right now.
It says the syntax is supposed to be lax, if not quite at natural language levels.
