Dwarven economics are still in the experimental stages. The humans have told them that they need to throw a lot of money around to get things going, but every time the dwarves try all they just end up with a bunch of coins lying all over the place.

Crossbow is a weapon

A bow made from a cross would still be a weapon.

The priests already have weapons. In fact, they're often better armed than the local guard.

Indeed, priests are often some of the most dangerous people in town. But when you spend your entire life contemplating violence and rivers what do you expect?

For me I'm probably going to play around in arena mode a good bit, see what the system is like. Then I shall stalk towns in the dead of night, cutting off eyelids.

You might encounter night thingies.

TKnowing you, the townsolf would probably pray for said night thingies appearing instead of you.

... After the Elven culling of 1350, the elves begun a new religion, praying for the night creatures to come instead of the dreaded adventurer "Urist Urist McUrist".

I once went on a killing spree with my dagger "Lady McUrist" (sadly not named in-game...)
