Step 1: Have a free hand
Step 2: Grab the unfortunate person's head
Step 3: Gouge their left/right eye or pinch off their nose/teeth/ears/etc...
Step 4: ?
Step 5: Profit! (Preferably by selling whatever the person was wearing along with their corpse)

Er... how do I grab? The only way I know how to attack is just by hitting the move key onto a tile where an enemy is, or by hitting A. :-\

Hit "A", then press Enter to toggle to choosing a target to wrestling instead of a target to attack.
