thought it was a demon until I read minotaur... ha, anyways, he uses sight right?
sneak past the minotaur and grab one of the torches off the wall, then when he attacks someone else, smash him in the back with the burning torch and attempt to set his fur on fire.

Then dodge his attacks and try and trip him up so my allies can hit him hard, if possible cause him to get his axe stuck in something while swinging at me.  aka be a distraction, an invisible distraction

I hate this dungeon! I go right on a whim. When I see the minotaur I hurl my iron plate at it in rage, as it's impairing my abilities and I probably won't get hit. Then I start beating on it with my fists.

fight the minatour even though it will probably eat me alive (but not mortal combat), in order to secure my looting rights

Green tries to attack the Minotaur, but it does nothing. The beast's defense must be too high to be effected by only one person's weak attack.
Red runs around the boss, but the monster just ignores him, possibly focusing on the one who attacked him.
Black, Yellow,and Orange enter the room.

OH CRAP i run away (to the other side of the room) until he attacks someone, then go back to hit him ehh screw it, i  climb up on the steps and hit him from head leve
EDIT: although it would be kinda nice to know if he has a good chance of killing me in one hit

I'll fire my bow aorund the room, and swing the berserker sword around wildly until I either hit something that bleeds, or the ghost kills it for me.
