This is not my idea. This is a game that someone else has made, and I am simply running one here.

In this game, you must work together, solving puzzles and fighting monsters, to reach the exit of the dungeon. However, every player also has a secret goal. The others do not know what this goal is. These goals are obviously not always desirable for the other players.
To win this game, a player must both reach the exit of the dungeon, and fulfill his personal goal. If more than one player does this, the one who has the most Dungeonpoints wins. Points are earned by making contributions to the escape.

How to play:
Say what your character does, and it will do so. It's as simple as that. This applies to fighting too.
Every character has a defense of 1 and an attack of 1. This is the standard value. Both the attack and defense can be raised by your actions (like in real life; poking someone's eyes out does more damage than kicking his shins. It is also more difficult, though!) Creativity is encouraged.
There's also something called Health, but it will not be given in numbers. I will tell you that your character is 'A bit Hurt' or 'Somewhat Injured', and leave it to you to figure out how bad this is.
Two more rules! One: You are not allowed to actively harm the other characters (passivelly is fine. EX. trying to lure someone into a trap is fine. Throwing a trap at someone is not.). This is to prevent the players turning on each other to increase their own chances. You're gonna need each other, guys!
Two: If you think you guessed someone's secret goal, PM me. When three players, independently from each other, PM me the correct goal, the players whose goal has been guessed loses. You only get one guess each per person, so you should wait until you think you really know.
I will have player's statuses at the end of each action. I will be using some pictures, but be warned my drawing is pretty bad. When you try something difficult, like mentioned above, I will roll a dice to determine the outcome.
Three: Most enemies will drop things, which you can pick up. If they drop one thing, whoever delivered the killing blow gets it. If it drops more than one, the killer gets first dibs, then the other people who were in the fight will have a 'first come, first serve.' If there are more items than people in the fight, people outside the battle also get to choose. It will go in order of people closest to the room where the battle happened. THERE IS NO RESERVING ITEMS. YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL YOU GET TO PICK.

Issue with #2.

What if it is immpossable to stop the player at that point or he can convince over half the group that his goal will help them as well? It hardy seems fair for a to make it so he loses then.

You probably shouldn't.

Anyway, none of the goals will be 'good for the group.'

Having less than four people die is good for the group, but the purpose of goals is your win condition. You want to be the winner, and eliminating someone makes the chance easier.

If you die, you lose. The only way after that you still have a chance of winning is if there goal was to die.
