There's 3 Dopps and at least one anti-Town alien. That's 4+/11, meaning we have to lynch scum today. If we mislynch, this leads to 3 town deaths, with the possibility of a Scientist kill, leaving us with 4+/7-8.
Up to 3 town deaths. Even assuming that we mislynch today and that the Exterminator is the only Alien about, the average number of town deaths (competely chosen at random) tonight is only ~1.5 rather than two. (Yes, the math really doesn't help, but it was amusing to work out.
Like I said before: Zathras had no need to warn the victim of his roleblock about it. Doing so seems to only cover his own hide, as usually.
Completely disagree with you on this. He needed to PM someone who he would roleblock so that they could confirm that he did it (which was a good chunk of the point). It would have been helpful if he hadn't blocked the same person he PMed, but I don't think that was clear enough in my post yesterday. As it is, it works out. Zathras is an essentially confirmed Psychic Warden, with the only exception being the unlikely case of Exterminator+Operative KaminaSquirtle.
Zathras: This is what I actually meant /\
Zathras has displayed numerous self-preservation symptoms.
This is essentially a null-tell for Zathras from what I've seen of his playstyle.
This is what it boils down to: He thinks Zathras is scum, while I'm apparently town.
Explain how this makes any sense at all.
If Zathras bussed Pandarsenic. All your claim shows is that he's a Psychic Warden. I don't think it's likely, but it's entirely possible, particularly with it being Zathras and Pandarsenic.
And it doesn't clear you by any stretch of the imagination. He could easily be town and you scum and you confirm him in order to try to tie your alignment to his (as you seem to be doing your damnedest to do).
All in all, pretty much any combination of alignments is possible for the two of you (except if one of you is an Alien both have to be), but if either of you is scum, it's more likely to be you.
Heh, served it's purpose well enough (but really, i got mixed since earlier there was a few post that must have been from para 16 or something in the thread, so i kind of assumed. Sorry about that).
Are you claiming that you did it on purpose or not?
Because I *really* don't believe that you did it on purpose. I think you honestly got confused by the earlier posts (like the second half of this says), but then you seem to be trying to pretend you meant to do it (first half) to make yourself look better.
Yeah sorry for not posting yesterday. Had about ten minutes, so yeah.
Toaster's been quite quiet.
I think I'm gonna vote Kamina, for early stuff, and now going to: "Yeah, I was wrong. Yeah, I'm an idiot"-phase.
... quote much longer than Ottofar's entire post ...
This is exactly why I'm voting for you right now. You're essentially ignoring anything that is happening in the actual game, quoting posts with no comments on them (we can all read, you need to explain yourself), and basically going for 'easy' lynches (regardless of if Kamina is scum or not, he's thrown up a lot of crap).
You haven't even come close to changing my mind about this.
Janus:
Argembarger: If you're so concerned about a tiebreaker, why aren't you pressing the people who are in the tie? With your unvote, that's Otto and Leaf.
I'm pretty sure you've got that bass-ackwards. He said that there's an extension, so we have 24 more hours to worry about a tied vote.
He has more time, sure, but he's not using it to question either of them.
He's new. I want to give him a chance to learn, particularly while there are scummier people about to lynch (Ottofar). He's been getting better at least.
Leafsnail and JTF, what do you think of the possibility of Mish/Dariush exterminatorship?
It's entirely possible, probable even unless we have a rather lucky Guardian about. But how does that answer help anyone? That would have been my answer regardless of any other factors.
Stun Orbs are indeed supposed to be chainless.
I'm surprised you answered this; I thought Web specifically worded it as a question you wouldn't answer to increase the WIFOM level of the conversation. But thanks; that should put it to rest at last.
The flavor is meant to give us enough information to figure out what was going on, not confuse us. This was an entirely rule related clarification. Still doesn't actually confirm if this actually happened or not. I'm glad that it was clarified.
Would help me see what are his ideas. Right now, except his weird love for Kamina, we don't know anything on his plans. Really, if hes really outed as a warden, the scum wont take too long to get him. he has not died last night, so here are the classic probablitys :
It would also tell the Dopps who not to use for their nightkill. Which is far more important than knowing what his thoughts are.
In any case, all four of your possibilities are flawed:
He is a warden, and he was protected form the exterminator. Possible, but not that likely.
The Exterminator would have absolutely no reason to kill a Warden, as they're immune. In fact, it's helpful on the off chance that the Warden could block the Dopps from killing the Exterminator. Exterminators have a hard enough time winning as it is.
he is a warden, and he was not protected, the exterminator has not acted. Only makes sense if Mish is the exterminator, else i doubt anybody would have waited to get rid of such a powerfull role.
The Exterminator would have tried to kill anyone else, see above. Warden is really not the most powerful role available, especially against an Exterminator.
he is a dopp, probly with Kamina. Explains why the dopp would leave him alone (duh) and again the exterminator could be Mish or just decided to take a break
This would mean that be bussed (set a scum buddy up to be killed) Pandarsenic. It's possible but unlikely (see above).
He is the exterminator, and decided not to kill, or hes been blocked. Blocked would be surprising to me, but just refraining to throw suspicion on Mish sounds devious enough for Zathy here. Again, a Zath-Kamina alien team would explain the block choice. In my opinion, choosing Jim would have had greater weight to me, considering he did most of the work on Pandar. And that Kamina is pretty much BFF with him.
Only possible if they are the Exterminator+Operative. If this is the case, then there should have been an Exterminator kill (unless we have a lucky Guardian) because he wouldn't have *had* to block to fake the PMs.
It's much more likely that Zathras is a Psychic Warden and probably town, that we know nothing more about KaminaSquirtle than that if he is a Dopp he didn't do the night kill last night, and that the Exterminator either didn't action or got Guardianed.
