a giant hamma is awesome, but wouldnt an ork think something much more largescale. like making the planet's moon, or better yet ANOTHER PLANET, to be the hammerhead

This is a planet with warpdrives on it, it is the biggest ship in the imperium at least

(The deafener is a weapon that uses concentrated sound waves to burst the enemy's eardrums/head. Only a ork would find a weapon that uses concentrated blasts of sound stealthy.)

It is not lots of old ships mashed together.
This is a planet with warpdrives on it, it is the biggest ship in the imperium at least

from my (somewhat limited) knowledge, space hulks generally accumulate moons and planetoids over the centuries as well, so really any warp-capaple massive object with enough gravity to attract more counts.
(how tyranids got on the one in DOW2 remains a mystery, since they have no presence in the Warp

stealers prefer space-hulks as a method of travel

As I understand it space hulks are mostly composed objects that once traveled the warp but were then broken, leaving them shifting in and out of the warp at random and that is our space planet is not one of those
