The whole city is filled with a horrifying stench, and most of it's surviving populous goes insane, babbling about unseen horrors. The orks, thanks to their psychic temperament, are largely unaffected by it, except for the fact that it smells worse than squiggoth breath.

Some of the more psychically inclined boyz are instantly killed by it's face, while the others merely say, "Mork an' Gork, dat iz un 'gly son of a grot, ain' it?"
