I just found one of my militia commanders bears the last name of "Standardfatal"

"I'm Urist Standardfatal. I'll be teaching you recruits how to use an axe today:
Step one: Wield the axe.
Step two: Apply axe to the enemy's face, blade first.
Step three: Repeat until you win.

A brook, Manytouch the Sensual Shafts. In a pony mod, no less.

In vanilla, a squad called "The Primitive Daggers". "Dagger" is "urist" in Dwarven, so Primitive Urists.

And the latest fortress artifact, Wetentrance the tower-cap cup. At least that's what the dwarves say it is...
