You ever been in The Jungle of Tips? You know, the one on The Continent of Enjoyment? Right next to the Oceans of Bitterness, just pass the Hills of Slapping.

Some other amazing names on this map include, but are not limited to: The Forest of Skinning, which is naturally right next to The Hills of Safety and The Righteous Hill. You also have The Swamps of Good located just to the right of The Mire of Dissolving, which is just fucking amazing. There's also a mountain range named The Fingers of Calming, which is still on The Continent of Enjoyment, by the way.

It was in a modded world, but I once had a civilization named "the Game of Thrones", they were surprisingly peaceful, only a single battle in 250 years, and aside from the first king being a necromancer, no issues with it's royalty/succession.
However the best part was the books generated in that universe, including titles such as: "captivated by the game of thrones", "errors in the game of thrones", "the interpretation of the game of thrones", "the book of the game of thrones", "the game of thrones: fact or fiction?", "understanding the game of thrones", "the game of thrones, abridged", and "the hidden meaning of the game of thrones".

The fortress name I have of my latest fort:  Townname.  (Yeah...  randomly generated, and I just thought "This was too silly to not use it.)

Got the itch to play and genn'd my world and embark without looking too closely at the details. Just noticed that my dwarven civilization is called The Seal of Heaviness.

Their symbol is a statue.

As signet rings go, a statue would definitely be a heavy one.

Just watched a legendary axe lord chase down a pack of troglodytes and then name his steel battleaxe.

I was curious, and saw that this axe had been previously owned by the last militia commander, who had died heroically in a massive goblin siege.

The axe is named Idashabod, Moistenedstrikes.

The axe lord currently wielding it is named Inod Boatsliving, the Luxurious Temptation.

The only name that ever stuck in my mind was BlanketFort, which I found highly amusing considering I build them all the time  for my kids, too.

Not hilarious, but my dwarves just named their new library The Sanctuary of Papers.
At least they're descriptive.

Just gened a world with a human civilization called "The Union of Virgins", and it has the highest population of all civilizations.

But that's not all ! Within that civilization exists a religious sect called "The Shady Sect". And guess where this sect operates from ?

"The Terrible Church".

Who the heck joins that ?
Who ?
