Edit: Can't forget this wonderful piece from The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. The combination of the sharp, almost metallic percussion in the background, combined with the blasting, dark horns always gives me the chills. Link.

Anything by the Violent Femmes is usually good, Shadow Government by They Might Be Giants if you're in a good mood, Whistling In The Dark by TMBG works too, along with Older, Evil, and most of the stuff from The Else (album) works. Only if your happy though. IF you're like psycho evil, The Pixies are the best, anything by them.
