Two chicks dressed up as Luigi, my piano teacher the Angry Clown started yelling at them.

Oh and there was this kid dressed up in a vampire outfit and black face, but it wasn't racist because he was Filipino or something.

Imagine that, with truly terribly done black face.

Kid took some black crayons to his face.

There was a guy wandering around campus in a nearly perfect Super Mario costume today.  That was cool.

A few years ago, my mother, her boyfriend, and I went as a theme.  My mother wore a Pakistani wedding dress, boyfriend wore a 7-11 uniform with shoe polish on his face, and I wore a giant wig and fake beard, with red tubes ducttaped under a bathrobe.  About as politically correct as a 20's vaudeville act, but damn didn't we get some laughs.

I remember going as a Sim one time. Simplest costume I've made, though mounting the plumbob above my head was a bit of a challenge. Unfortunately, I didn't craft it to glow (foam and felt (2 shades of green cut into triangles) with a wire mount), however fortunately, almost everyone knew what I was.

I've got ways to make the laziest Halloween costumes ever (IE-minimal work, or going as 'Myself').

EDIT:
I still have the plumbob for some reason. It's actually very simple to craft.

My English teacher dressed up as a zombie Charles Dickens. He's awesome.
I was going to get a Barney costume and chase kids with a chainsaw. I promptly found out that kids don't watch Barney anymore, so I dressed up as a pirate. God I'm not scary at all, but nothing but kids go to my neighborhood anyway. I might trick-or-treat later at night, though.

Wanna dress up as something that will scare kids? Go clown, everyone hates clowns, and most kids learn to fear them before the hate sets in.

I'm going to be compiling/sewing an Isaac Newton over the next few years, in anticipation of teaching freshmen calculus.

My piano teacher was a clown, just she looked to much like a rag doll to be scary.
