Suggestion:
"I am going to be on and off during the next 3-5 hours, please come and rescue me, there are X zeds at my location.  I'll be checking every 20-30 minutes."

I don't know the circumstances, but being shown as online is very convincing that the player needing rescue will actually be around for the rescue.  And... I dunno.  Hope someone likes you enough?
Or you got unlucky and the people that would save you have already used their AP.


Fun Tip: If you are scavaging in the same zone with others... in a place full of zeds or the way back being full of zeds... try to set-up a 'meeting time' for everyone there so you can all leave safely together...  make that time.

5 deaths.  2 who weren't logged in, 1 infection, 2 who died of thirst (one hadn't even picked a class).

Day four here too. Only 55 defense points, no workshop, town is surrounded by 2+ packs and we only have sixteen living souls left.

day three. estimated 80 zombies, we have workshop, 92 defense, factory, and only nine stupid deaths from outside causes. no zombie has gotten in our town yet

Day 4.  Maximum predicted attack: 150.  Current defence after building the Barbs: 152.  Woo, looks like I'm getting to day 5.

Only 21 left alive, but that means we've got quite a good set of people left.  Fingers crossed for a long survival...

Day 2, we've almost ALMOST got all the supplies for a workshop, due to a scavenging group expedition I arranged which gave us a beer fridge, water pistol, 3 planks and a piece of wrought iron. Not to bad, it looks like this town might survive for some time. Some idiot built a pump, though, and we figured out who it was and banished 'em.
e; One question, when the water rations eventually run out, how do you restore them in a fine manner?

Day 2, nobody closed the gates, and half of our town stayed outside, so we're down to about 19. I don't think we'll make it to day 4.

Well:

The pump and the constructions stemming from the pump give some.
You can vote to "upgrade" the pump, giving you more water.
You can find jerrycans and purify them using tablets/ a construction.

We've had some idiot make our pump, we think we know who it is and are trying to banish them. A few guys died outside, but our defences held easily.

we need a lot more planks to make the workshop.
