Sheb step in. Visibly, he's been drinking a couple of glass too much before.

"Hey Phantom? Are so.. so ugly that you need a ski mask! Ahahahaha! Barman, a couple o' beer!"

((Uh, you do realize Phantom's upstairs? And the Barman, which is Ghost right now, is downstairs? Anyway, I'm writing you off for a misdemeanor, insulting a military officer.))
A GDI Military Police unit, previously doing some business with Phantom, and being a veteran of the Firestorm riots, immediately tackles Sheb and throws him out on the street via window. He departs from Cole's office and takes wait by the bar entrance.

Ghost quietly puts some lager on the bar counter, and takes the silver coin, before handing off a few copper coins with it.

[USEC_OFFICER]

The man takes the copper coins.
"Zo, barkeep, have you heard of my problem?"

[Phantom]

"Yeah, both of you should stop now, or get kicked out. If the other guy wants to fight, get the hell out of the bar."

[USEC_OFFICER]

"But I am not trying to ztart a fight, I am merely looking for za item which one of your patronz might have. I azzure you, what I zeek is zot harmful zat all."

[Ochita]

"Yeah, this stuff isn't even dangerous. Still, I'm sorry man. I should have thought more. I'm just going to take a walk."
The dagger shifts into a small gem and drops.
"Take the gem, payment for almost starting a fight."
Ochita exits the bar and wanders around a small amount. Sitting down at a bench he holds his head in his hands.

[Phantom]

Ghost picks up the gem, and walks outside to hand it to Ochita.
"Sir, as long as no one gets hurt and no property gets damaged, you're home free. Take the gem back."

[Ochita]

"No.. I'd rather you have it, it has a small enchantment on it, focus on one object and it will be fixed. A little gift."
With that Ochita brings out a broken glass. Focusing the cup fixes its cracks and looks almost new.
"As I said, a gift."

[Phantom]

"Very well, if that is what you wish."
Ghost walks back to the bar, gem hidden in a concealed shirt pouch.

[USEC_OFFICER]

The man looks around the bar, seeing if anyone else could help him.

Having overheard the conversation, Thagrim wandered over to the man sitting in the corner.
"Hey, you said you were looking for some sort of gem? A magic one?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"I believe that zey zay that highly advanced technology is like magic, ja?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Zo, do you know what I want?"

[dragnar]

"Personally? No. But I might be able to get it. Could ya be a little more specific about what it does?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"I have already zaid what it it doez. It iz conztanty, but zlowly, changzing zitz zpectra, zhape and zize. Az for zitz uzez, I have no ideaz what you would uze it for, and I doubt you would know how to uze it in the way that I will uze it."

[dragnar]

"Eh, I could get something like that, but it would take a while, unless you're ok with it working through magic instead of technology."
