No one said it? I am disappoint.

Lords of the Realm 3 for sure, needs a sequel. A good one.

Also, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Seriously, any game where you can kick a box into someone, have it shatter and have the shards kill a second person has to be good right? Eehhhhhh....

Also, Master of Orion 3.

I hope you are also not refering to sequels where the "Deserves a sequel" portion is "The previous games were good, just not this one" because it would be more that the previous games deserved the sequel then the lousy one.

Heck when I chose Black and White 2 I did so with full knowledge that another black and white would not be anything like the first.

Oh I got one.  Bloodrayne 2 wasn't totally bad... but it wasn't really good either.  Totally got itself set up for an awesome sequel though premisewise though.  Of course now Terminal Reality seems to be making just random stuff based on other people's IPs.
