No, no, it's actually 0. From 0 to X it's proportional to 1/log(X), but "at infinity" it's 0, actually, factually 0. The density of the primes in the integers is 0, in other words. Not 0 with caveats.

There is no uniform distribution over the even integers, yes. But in any range from 0 to N, the proportion's going to be about 0.5; it never really leaves the vicinity of 0.5, and in fact stays closer and closer as N increases, so it approaches 0.5 as it approaches infinity, so (as it goes) it's 0.5.

I've never been the best person with infinity stuff, but I'm pretty sure that infinity divided by infinity is indeterminate, not zero, so you can't get an actual number out of the question at all.
Now the limit as x approaches infinity? Yeah, that's totally zero, but that's a different kettle of fish.

What's the point in changing one's forum password? If it's compromised, whatever I change it to is just as compromised until the hole is sealed and any improper access is cut off.

(Identifying the actual vector used is first priority. Could be an SMF vulnerability that just meant they could get beyond 'normal' posting rights and but have no additional access to read/change deeper info. Or, as seems to be the case, strangely valid Topic Move rights to somewhere they might still be unable to post to directly. Could have been a slip-up from a moderator who got the removal of rights backwards and thus the spammer got lucky. If there's actual access to the nuts and bolts of the forums, then it probably still makes it less likely they'll ever back-form plaintext login credentials than just make the site troublesome to us in so many other ways.)

Perhaps related, I have been getting some 500 gateway internal server errors the past few days when trying to load forum pages here. Second try at loading the page always works though.

Ah, well now that *is* interesting. Either a guy found an exploit to shove his discord server into the announcements or, yes, the forum was hacked.

Eh, I changed my password anyway, and the one other place that I think was the same (or similar, anyway) but that place also had two-factor authorization.
